Job Overview
Arbors at Ridges is our beautiful Assisted Living building located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking senior apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents, and a dedicated and seasoned staff! We are committed to well-rounded healthcare and successfully communications and life enrichment services for our residents to promote a high quality of life.
This Executive Director (LALD) position is responsible for managing and supervising the financial, programmatic, operational, marketing, and all other business functions of the Assisted Living community. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of community operations.
Required Qualifications
  • less than 1 year
  • Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
  • Licensed Health Services Exec by BELTSS Board
  • Meets requirements for Assisted Living Director - In Residence (ALD-IR) by obtaining a permit from BELTSS as an ALD-IR within 30-days of hire date and have experience in the management of an AL or related facility or must be enrolled in a BELTSS approved program within six (6) months of permit issuance (Refer to MN Rule 6400.7080B). Required to graduate from approved program, complete the field experience and pass the examinations within one year of hire date.
