We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Activities Assistant.
Activities Assistant Responsibilities include:
  • Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
  • Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
  • Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
  • Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with coworkers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on coworkers, residents, and visitors

Activities Assistant Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience working with adult recreation
