Mission

We are seeking an Assistant Controller for a manufacturing company located in Laval.
Under the supervision of the controller, your duties will include:
-Participate in the monthly closing process (journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis)
-Prepare monthly financial statements and monitor the budget
-Prepare tax returns and certain tax reports
-Support external auditors and prepare year-end documents
-Assist in the preparation of financial administrative documents
-Manage the operations of two entities, including intercompany transactions
-Monitor cash flow (bank accounts and credit cards)
-Use EPICOR and QuickBooks, particularly for bank reconciliations
-Other related tasks

Your profile

What we’re looking for:
-Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
-At least 2-3 years of experience
-Corporate experience (a plus)
-Bilingual in French and English
