What You'll Do
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material staging, shipping, and storage activities
- Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate workloads to support operational and project needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control best practices
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and field teams regarding material availability and project support requirements
- Monitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance standards
- Support procurement, material forecasting, and equipment tracking processes
- Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare operational reports and inventory updates for management
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience with leadership responsibility
- Experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, construction, or logistics operations preferred
