Property Manager – Hessel on the Park | Champaign, IL
Community Property Management is hiring a Property Manager for Hessel on the Park. You'll be the main point of contact for residents and prospects — running tours, leasing units, and keeping the property running smoothly.
What you'll do:
 

  • Lease units and manage the full rental process, tour to signed lease
  • Respond to resident calls, emails, and texts
  • Log maintenance requests and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
  • Represent the property professionally at every touchpoint

What you'll bring:
 

  • 2+ years in customer service or sales
  • Associate's degree
  • Comfortable with everyday office software (AppFolio a plus)
  • Able to work extra hours during peak leasing season
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, comfortable walking the property and showing units
