Job description

Seeking a full-time Off-Site Assistant Property Manager for an amazing 304-unit property in Carson, CA.


Compensation Includes:

  • $21.00-$25.00 per hour plus commission: $100.00 new lease and $50.00 lease renewal


Responsibilities Include:

  • Rent collections
  • Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
  • Marketing and leasing vacant units
  • Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel
  • Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management
  • Ability to conduct a market survey of comparable apartment rates.


Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of property management experience with conventional large properties
  • Yardi Voyager experience is a must
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience overseeing vendors
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tech-savvy.
  • Proven ability to market and lease apartments
  • Work schedule: 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Sundays off and a day of your choosing between Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday
  • A valid driver's license and evidence of auto insurance will be needed.
  • A background, DMV, and pre-employment physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
