Job description

  • In this role you will visit a pre-determined list of strategic customers daily for Vendor Managed inventory of cylinders and hardgoods
  • You will ensure accuracy of order, pricing, and processing in JDE system, and convert orders into customer Purchase Order format and email to purchasing department when required
  • You will help to deliver products to customers as needed
  • Communicating effectively with General Sales Manager, Territory Manager, and distribution supervisors will be critical in this role.
  • You will identify and document Prostar conversion opportunities and meet quarterly with Territory Managers for review
  • Assist Territory Managers with conducting cylinder audits
  • Write credit memos for returned hard goods while taking orders on-site and explore opportunities to convert customers to LG&E Express or EDI payments to reduce transaction costs
  • You will be assigned a "small book of business"
