Job description

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a System Engineer I to join our growing team!
Reflexive Concepts is looking for a talented professional to provide 24x7 support to an existing Operations Center for a suite of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems, monitoring systems and delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support using JIRA for ticket management.
Qualifications:
  • Seven (7)+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
    • An additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of twelve (12) years
Required:
  • Online and telephone customer support
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
  • Entitlements Management
  • LDAP directories
  • SQL and basic database querying abilities
  • RESTful services
  • Ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, ServiceNow)
