Our multidisciplinary team delivers professional services to clients in five core markets: architecture, land development, water resources, transportation, and energy.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Assistant Survey Project Manager to join our Survey Division in our Bridgeport, WV office. In this role, you will provide technical oversight, mentoring, and project management support while contributing to the quality and consistency of our survey practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate across Thrasher's practice areas to deliver integrated, client-centered solutions
  • Provide technical oversight of projects, including quality assurance and quality control of procedures and work product
  • Promote and monitor field and office procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Assist with identifying and recruiting key personnel to strengthen the team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience: 5-7 years of surveying experience in a professional office environment
Licensure: Ability to obtain WV PLS license; current WV PLS preferred but not required
Technical knowledge: Current principles, techniques, and technologies in land surveying
Project management: Proposals, budget tracking, and billing review for survey projects
Communication: Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
Leadership: Ability to mentor staff and support growth of the practice through marketing and networking
