  • Progressive experience in land surveying with demonstrated responsibility for coordinating projects, leading crews or office staff, or supporting project delivery.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Trimble Business Center, or other industryโ€‘standard survey software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational, problemโ€‘solving, and decisionโ€‘making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastโ€‘paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client service.
