ASSISTANT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH JOB POSTING FOR ELDER HIGH SCHOOL
Elder High School, an all-boys Catholic high school located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a part-time
Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Under the supervision of the Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, the Assistant Strength and
Conditioning Coach assists in the creation, implementation, and facilitation of strength and conditioning
programs for all Freshmen, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Athletic Programs at Elder High School. The
Assistant Strength Coach will help to educate and ensure the execution of an orthopedic sound program
for student-athletes wherein the athlete performs all exercises within the program safely and
productively to attain the highest levels of athletic performance, prevent injuries from occurring while
training, and reduce injuries in athletic events.
Completed course work and experience in the field of Exercise Science or health related field is
expected, as well as those pursuing a degree in the field of Exercise Science or health related field.
