Job description

Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus

Use your sales and agronomy experience to develop strong relationships with customers as you provide them with a variety of products and services. As an Agronomy Sales Associate, you will:

  • Meet with your customer base regularly to support their operations via recommendations and company products such as fertilizer, seed, crop protection, and precision ag
  • Maintain a professional image in the community and be actively involved in trade shows, test plots, producer meetings, sales trainings, and other industry events
  • Assist in hands-on operations as needed to keep our agronomy facilities running efficiently
  • Be willing to receive training for any license or endorsements that may be needed such as a CDL, Hazmat, or applicatorโ€™s license
