Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic communications professional to manage internal communications plans and employee engagement programs that amplify the Global Services organization's strategic vision. Reporting to the Communications Manager within the Global Services organization , you will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, transforming complex business updates into clear, accessible, and high-impact multi-channel stories. In this role, you will help to ensure message consistency across diverse geographies while leveraging advanced automated tools to elevate how our teams connect with our core safety and security mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Executive & Internal Communications
  • Write, edit, and orchestrate compelling internal content-including executive emails, organizational announcements, newsletters, intranet posts, and interactive multimedia scripts-to drive organizational alignment and employee focus.
  • Plan and execute high-profile internal broadcasts, senior leadership Town Halls, and ad hoc presentations from inception to delivery to keep teams informed and unified.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
  • Partner as a cross-functional advisor to leaders and subject matter experts across Global Services, establishing collaborative review networks to capture critical insights and translate business strategies into clear employee actions.
  • Coordinate impactful employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and service-oriented events, building strong inclusive networks across distinct workplace cultures and geographies.

Job Requirements:
Technical Expertise
  • Multi-Channel Storytelling to distill dense operational, technical, or strategic concepts into plain, engaging prose.
  • Priority Intelligence™ Tools to skillfully apply advanced AI assistants and cognitive shortcuts to accelerate drafting, editing, and content repurposing while strictly maintaining brand parameters.
  • Multimedia Production with baseline proficiency in visual design, graphics preparation, or video support a plus.
  • AP Style Guidance to maintain editorial consistency, accuracy, and structural polish across all messaging channels.

Professional Experience
  • Executive Presence to advise, influence, and build trusted advisory relationships with senior personnel and global stakeholders.
  • Project Orchestration to independently drive communication schedules under tight deadlines, manage simultaneous priorities, and adapt nimbly to changing business needs.
  • Portfolio Verification via a verified track record and portfolio of written work demonstrating storytelling excellence.

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
