  • Prepare scientific and regulatory documents for publication and submission activities
  • Generate graphs and figures for journal publications and poster presentations
  • Manage controlled and non controlled documentation processes
  • Maintain publication records and update project tracking systems
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather scientific content and documentation
  • Support preparation of abstracts, study reports, and posters
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and version control within internal systems
  • Complete additional scientific writing projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of scientific writing or regulatory writing experience
  • Experience supporting scientific publications and regulatory submissions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using SharePoint or similar document management platforms
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and departments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments
  • Familiarity with publication planning and scientific communication activities
  • Experience working with secure documentation and tracking systems
