Department: Environment, Health, and Safety

Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an EHS Supervisor to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Environmental, Health, and Safety Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The EHS Supervisor will lead daily EHS operations, support compliance initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental performance, and assist this Environmental, Health, and Safety Department as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local/state regulatory requirements
  • Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across production and facility areas
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries; identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain and track EHS metrics, including incident rates, corrective actions, and compliance activities
  • Lead and support safety training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing employee training
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Facilities, and HR to promote a strong safety culture
  • Identify hazards and implement controls to reduce workplace risks and environmental impact
  • Support emergency response planning, drills, and incident preparedness activities
  • Maintain documentation for regulatory reporting, inspections, and internal audits
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste
  • Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of EHS policies and procedures
  • Support workers' compensation case management and return-to-work programs as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections or inquiries
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in EHS, safety, or environmental compliance in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards
  • Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 standards preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
