BaRupOn is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to support industrial and heavy-lift operations in Liberty, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced operator with hands-on experience operating mobile and/or lattice boom cranes in construction, industrial, port, or logistics environments. We are looking for professionals who prioritize safety, precision, and teamwork on complex job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate mobile, crawler, or lattice boom cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
  • Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, rigging configurations, and site drawing
  • Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Assist with crane setup, breakdown, and securing loads
  • Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors
  • Follow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific requirements
