Job description

Retreat is rapidly growing and looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. The role will focus on financial planning and budgeting, operational analysis, and overall performance improvement across our hotel portfolio. This position reports directly to the President and Director of Development and Operations and is based in our Ashburn, VA office. Regular in-office attendance is required.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Support new development projects, including feasibility studies, underwriting, pro forma modeling, and construction budgeting.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining hotel budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze property-level financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in owner and investor reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Exceptional math, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for real estate and/or hospitality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
