Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychological assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training, and staying current with the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
