Pediatric Dentist

Coastal Alaska Up to $360,000 Annually $60,000 in Sign-On and Relocation Assistance Four-Day Workweek

An established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Juneau, Alaska, is seeking a board-certified Pediatric Dentist to join its growing dental team. This opportunity combines comprehensive pediatric dentistry, modern clinical resources, and meaningful community outreach with an exceptional quality of life in one of Alaska's most beautiful coastal communities.


Position Highlights

Modern, Supportive Practice Environment

Practice in a new, thoughtfully designed dental facility featuring:

  • Nine chairs with private, enclosed operatories

  • Plumbed nitrous oxide
  • Kid-friendly murals and artwork
  • Strong clinical and administrative support
  • Plans to provide two dental assistants per dentist

The Pediatric Dentist will typically see 16-24 patients per day and provide comprehensive care for patients from birth through age 18, including children and adults with special healthcare needs.


Broad Clinical Scope

The practice offers a full spectrum of pediatric dental care, including:

  • Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
  • Minimally invasive and traditional restorative dentistry
  • Early orthodontics
  • Nitrous oxide sedation
  • Soft-tissue laser procedures and frenectomies
  • Full-mouth dental rehabilitation cases in the operating room
  • Care for children and adults with special needs
  • Consultation and guidance for general dental providers

Approximately six to eight times per year, the Pediatric Dentist will also participate in outreach clinics throughout Southeast Alaska. These trips provide an opportunity to deliver essential dental services to rural and underserved communities while supporting the oral health of Alaska Native and Southeast Alaska populations.
