We're now seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading field crews while actively driving commercial plumbing work through customer consultations, estimating, and relationship building with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients. The Commercial Plumbing Foreman plays a key role in identifying opportunities, developing project scope, presenting pricing, and supporting the close of commercial plumbing projects, while ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code and contract requirements.


This position requires a confident, customer-facing professional who can represent the company in the field, manage multiple commercial projects, and balance sales responsibilities with hands-on leadership and technical expertise.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial plumbing projects
  • Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope of work
  • Perform material takeoffs and labor projections
  • Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
  • Assist with bid preparation, value engineering, and cost analysis
  • Track job costs and compare estimated vs. actual performance
  • Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on commercial job sites
  • Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
  • Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and project specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
  • Order materials, manage deliveries, and maintain inventory
  • Troubleshoot job site issues and provide technical guidance
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and daily reports
Requirements:
  • Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
  • Minimum 5+ years plumbing experience, including leadership or foreman responsibilities
  • Proven sales experience in plumbing or related trades preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
