The Club at Town Center, a 24,000-square-foot, $9 million facility, serves as the centerpiece of Somersettโ€™s resident amenity program. Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Club. This role is responsible for managing front desk activities, assisting with registrations and inquiries, providing high-level administrative support across multiple functional areas of the association, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check residents and guests into the system and process applicable fees
  • Assist with program registrations, reservations, and payment transactions
  • Provide information and guidance to new residents regarding paperwork and facility access
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and common areas
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate staff
  • Processย sales and ensure merchandise and supplies are adequately stocked
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Complete opening and closing checklists to ensure operational readiness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and talking

Work Schedule:
