  • Responsible for answering the phones and greeting visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
  • Professional and positive attitude and appearance
  • Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Is detail-oriented and organized
  • Has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with utilizing computers
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
