Description Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Support the preparation and coordination of events and meetings. Assist in managing departmental budgets, invoices, and expense reports. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
