Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Office Clerk/ Receptionist to join our team at Geriscript, a fast-growing Long-Term Care pharmacy in Pompton Plains, NJ. As an Entry Level Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our pharmacy team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails and messages in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, both electronic and paper-based

  • Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and reports
