Job description

The Corporate Office of Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join us in Pomona, NY.
This is a full-time, entry-level role with light phone responsibilities (single line) and general administrative support duties, including making copies, printing reports, light data entry, and other clerical tasks.
We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working in a friendly, positive work environment
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Brings recent customer service or clerical/administrative experience
  • Is comfortable with basic computer skills (MS Office - especially Excel; ability to learn new software is a plus)
  • Is familiar with standard office equipment (copier, printer, fax, etc.)
  • Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
Position Details:
  • Fully in-person - No remote or work-from-home options
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package
