Our client is a global commercial real estate firm. They are currently seeking an Entry-Level Receptionist to assist the team within their New York City headquarters.

$20/hr - $24/hr
Position Overview
The Entry-Level Receptionist will provide administrative support to the team while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment. This role is heavily focused on being the first point of contact in the office - reception, inbox management, filing, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute while supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Entry-Level Receptionist
  • Provide front desk support for a high-volume office.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
  • Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
