Legal Assistant
We’re currently seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide our firm’s attorneys with administrative support. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and accelerate their career in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the firm’s attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters
  • Communication with clients
  • Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping
  • Assist with incoming and outbound mail
  • Manage hearing calendars

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus
  • Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn & utilize the firm’s client software database
  • Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties
