Job description

Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader)

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T

Full-Time | Base Pay, Commission, Leadership Incentives

Paid Training Provided. Wireless Experience a Plus, Not a Requirement.

About the role:

At BLW, the Sales Leader is a true assistant manager and a natural next step for sellers who are ready for more. You work closely with the Store Leader, own the details on the floor, and step up when they are out. This is not a role where you stop selling; it is a role where you sell, support the team, and start building the skills that lead to running your own store.

Your impact here:

Sales Leaders at BLW earn commission just like their team. What sets them apart is product mastery. The more you know about AT&T devices, plans, and promotions, the better you sell, and when you truly know it better than anyone in the room, it shows in your numbers and it lifts the people around you.

You might be a fit if:

- You have mentored or supported others and genuinely enjoyed it

- You hold yourself to the same standard you set for your team

- You can coach someone through a tough sale as naturally as you can close one yourself

- You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and bring others up with you

- You are as comfortable with the operational details as you are on the sales floor

What your day actually looks like:

- Partner with the Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance

- Sell alongside your team and lead by example on every shift

- Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback and consistent mentoring

- Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets

- Assist with product launches, merchandising, and making sure the store reflects brand standards

- Stay sharp on AT&T promotions, devices, and wireless trends so you can teach what you know

- Handle administrative duties, inventory, compliance, and store-level problem-solving as they arise

- Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base

- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care

What you need:

- 18 years of age or older

- High school diploma or GED

- At least 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred)

- At least 2 years of experience leading or managing others (preferred)

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Ability to pass a background check

- Strong communicator, written and verbal

- High energy and adaptable in a competitive environment

Bonus points for:

- Bilingual skills

- Wireless or telecom industry experience

- Proven track record of developing others

Physical requirements:

This is a floor-first role. You will be on your feet most of the shift, using tablets, POS systems, and wireless retail tools throughout the day. Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs required.

Equal Opportunity Employer:

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
