Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. -Create project plans that fit the stakeholder or customer needs and deliver within budget -Accountable for result of mold projects and mold maintenance programs -Ensure project quality and profitability and ensure that expectations are met or exceeded -Act as point of contact for customers at the plant -Work with engineering and operations to ensure requirements are met -Work with vendors to ensure orders are built to spec and on schedule -Attend customer meetings on a regular basis -Work closely with customer, sales team, engineering and manufacturing to define project scope and objectives -Prepare, maintain and submit clear & concise activity and progress reports -Communicate to all parties milestones, status updates or any escalation issues -Monitor budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis -Build contingency plans and provide solutions Required Skills & Experience: -HS Diploma or GED required -5+ years of experience working with customers and vendors -Knowledge of Project Management processes -Strong client facing and internal communication skills -Strong leadership skills and ability to facilitate -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills -Experience with MS Office and ERP systems -Must be mobile and able to attend various meetings, assist customers and meet with individuals on production floor often -Must be willing to occasionally travel to customer/vendor sites Preferred Skills & Experience: -Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is strongly preferred -PMP Certification is a plus By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
