Assistant Project Manager

Salary: $45,000-65,000/yr.

Location: York, PA (Primarily Local Work)

Description:

  • Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for local based projects for a Paving & Excavating company located in York, PA.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required
  • Previous asphalt paving experience is highly desired
  • Utility identification / Compliance with PA-1 requirements
  • Computer literacy or the ability to navigate a computer
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated

Job Duties:

  • Locating, measuring, and marking patch areas
  • Posting temporary No Parking signs
  • Distributing door hangers to residents/businesses
  • Capturing photo and video documentation of pre-work site conditions
  • Updating Podio or designated project-tracking software
  • On-Site meetings with customers
