Job description

Project Coordinator/Project Manager

We have 25 years of expertise in process and power generation systems, coupled with emerging technologies in renewable energy sources and environmental ecology, making us a single-stop provider of turn-key solutions.ย 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management team in coordinating technical and commercial project activities
  • Serve as a customer-facing communication liaison
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; escalate risks impacting cost or timeline
  • Coordinate preparation and internal approval of engineering deliverables (drawings, calculations, BOMs, reports, O&M manuals, close-out documentation)
  • Maintain project schedules (MS Project) and assist with cost tracking
  • Attend weekly meetings, prepare minutes, and issue status reports
  • Support procurement team with Purchase orders, logistics and material handling.ย 

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, Teams, and ERP/CRM systems
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of supporting software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlookย 
  • Strong ability to communicate with teammates on project blockers, updates on assignments, and overall responsiveness via email and MS Teams
  • Appreciation for business demands and an understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills, Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English.
