We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Electrical Commercial Construction and Industrial Commercial Construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
- Support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Monitor project progress to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Support compliance with safety standards and federal project requirements
- Help drive accountability and communication across project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in construction project support, project coordination, or Assistant Project Management preferred
- Recent graduates with applicable internship or co-op experience will also be considered
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus
- Experience working on government or federal projects is highly preferred
