Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator role will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and supporting HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation. In addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business to ensure accurate HR processes, respond to employee inquiries, and support ongoing HR initiatives. This candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience. In addition, the person in this role will have the mentality to think like a business owner and take a proactive yet collaborative approach to accomplishing organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager or Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (digital and physical)
  • Update HRIS with new hires, terminations, and employee changes
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Assist with onboarding, new-hire orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes
  • Help administer employee benefits, enrollments, and changes
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying data
  • Support HR projects such as audits, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
