Office Administrator
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Our client is actively building a pipeline of talented administrative professionals for an upcoming Office Administrator opportunity. This position is expected to open soon and will be a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized while supporting basic accounting and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to multiple departments
• Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a professional office environment
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for office staff
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
• Order office supplies and track inventory levels
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Enter invoices, process expense reports, and support billing activities
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records
• Assist with special projects and general office support as needed
• Support office leadership with administrative and organizational tasks
Qualifications
• 2+ years of office administration, administrative assistant, or office support experience
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bookkeeping, or related accounting functions preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
