In this role, you will:
  • Meet requirements of and perform duties of a Center Administrator according to DCY regulations.
  • Administrators are responsible for supervising Before and After School Assistants when Program Coordinator is not on site.ย 
  • Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for school-age childrenย 
  • Facilitate games, enrichment activities, crafts, and group experiencesย 
  • Encourage positive social interactions and support emotional growthย 
  • Foster learning through creativity, exploration, and relationship-buildingย 
  • Support children's independence, confidence, and successย 
  • Partner with team members to provide a high-quality experience for children and familiesย

(This position will have orientation on July 27th-29th. And you will tentatively begin normal working hours on August 12th.)


Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour

Degree Required: ย ย ย 

Associates Degree in related field OR transcripts to show four college courses in early childhood/child development as well as experience with school age children, driver's license and reliable vehicle, must register with OCCRRA upon hire.ย
