POSITION: Nursing Instructor

 

REPORTS TO: Program Administrator of the Practical Nursing Program 

 

STARTING DATE: ASAP

 

WAGE RATE: $31.20/Hour 

 

WORK SCHEDULE: Part Time

Auburn Career Center is seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience. If you have:

 
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience

  • 1 year or more in long-term care

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

 
  • Two (2) years of recent clinical experience 

  • Hold a BSN or MSN Nursing Degree preferred

  • Current BCLS certification and Registered Nurse certification with current active Ohio license required 

  • Active Ohio RN license without restrictions required 

  • Access to transportation allowing travel to multi-site locations required 

  • Ability to obtain valid Ohio Department of Education Adult Education Permit as a Nursing Instructor 

  • Perform other duties as assigned 

  • Must comply with Ohio Revised Code 3319.291-Criminal Records Check

  • Must pass a 10 panel drug screen at the time of hire and comply with the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988
