ASSISTANT POOL MANAGERCLOSING DATE: Open until FilledPAY RANGE: $16.36 - $19.64 per hour depending on experience.SCHEDULE: We are looking to fill evening and Saturday shifts. Subbing morning shifts. Shift times are Monday - Friday: 4:30 am - 9 am, 5 pm - 11 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm. DEPARTMENT: RecreationJOB SUMMARYThis position assists the Assistant Aquatics Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. One could plan to supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards, deal with disciplinary issues of staff, lifeguard at times, and other administrative duties. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS2 years of work in aquatic facility management is preferred. Certifications include current Red Cross lifeguard certification, current CPR and First aid certification. LGIT and WSIT certifications are a plus. Computer literacy and ability to work with the public and other Legacy employees are required. Ability to lift 50 lbs and good general health. Looking mostly for someone to work 1 to 2 shifts a week and mainly be a substitute.Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
