Description:
Perform all responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Must provide friendly and proactive interaction with all Guests and Team Members. Must adhere to all Company and department policies and procedures. Must be knowledgeable of all casino and hotel departments and their functions. Has working knowledge of all other outlets and facilities in the casino. Attend to all Guest's inquiries as well as assist in all aspects of pool service. Must have knowledge of health code regulations and ensure that the designated work area is maintained to the proper standards. Direct work and evaluate the job performance of all Pool Team Members. Implement effective controls of Food and Beverage products, labor controls and all other expense accounts of the department. Responsible for daily cabana management to maximize occupancy and revenues.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Must be able to perform all duties of a lifeguard and have a Lifeguard/CPR Certification. Five (5) years food and beverage experience in Food and Beverage or Resort Pool Management preferred. Knowledge of profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and sanitation. Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun exposure and wet surface conditions.
