As the Maintenance Programming Integrator, you will LEAD by......

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Programmer to support Environmental Technology (ET) equipment through the development and implementation of software solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement software for process changes and machine modifications using Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Wonderware platforms
  • Support PLC, HMI, Machine Vision (Cognex), and Part Marking systems
  • Train maintenance personnel on equipment controls and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and manage software backups and version control
  • Collaborate with the I/E/C Manager, project engineers, and vendors to optimize automation during equipment development and startup
  • Manage software licensing and procurement through SAP
  • Provide after-hours maintenance support and assist with capital project integration
  • Contribute to maintenance and facilities planning, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and productivity
  • Design control schemes and develop PLC and HMI programs
  • Install and optimize software and production equipment
  • Collaborate with process engineers to refine and improve control systems
  • Provide support to global ECMS sites and joint venture partners as needed

Your elements for success......

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field required.

 

  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC/HMI programming, and machine integration required
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley (RSLogix, PanelView, FTBatch, FTSE, FTME)
  • Experience with Siemens (Simatic S7, Simovis, Simocom U)
  • HMI development using Wonderware InTouch
  • Familiarity with S-88 batch control standards
  • Working knowledge of Cognex Machine Vision and industrial part marking systems
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with SAP for procurement and maintenance
  • Ability to manage software licensing and version control
  • Willingness to provide after-hours support

Preferred experience

  • Certifications in industrial automation or controls (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens)
  • Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc) and industrial instrumentation
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in chemical manufacturing
  • Project management experience or training
