Description:
We’re seeking a reliable Operator to handle incoming truckloads of organic material, operate and maintain processing equipment, and ensure safe, efficient facility operations. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, coordinating with drivers, and inspecting materials for quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct trucks for unloading and manage incoming organic waste materials.

  • Inspect materials to ensure safety and suitability for processing.

  • Operate and maintain machinery, pumps, loaders, and other equipment.

  • Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and general site upkeep.

  • Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.

  • Communicate equipment or operational issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience operating heavy or industrial equipment preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
