  • Requirements: 2+ years of management/supervisory experience, proven customer relationship skills, strong computer literacy (scheduling, time tracking, ordering), and a valid driver's license

What Youโ€™ll Do / Key Responsibilities

You will lead employee teams, partner directly with clients, and ensure high operational quality across commercial, educational, and medical facilities.

  • Portfolio Leadership: Act as the primary leader and Facilities Operations Manager for client accounts, delivering top-tier customer service and building strong client partnerships. Oversee the daily operations and service delivery for a diverse portfolio of up to 20 commercial, banking, and Class-A office accounts.ย 

  • Team Development & Mentorship: Direct and mentor operational supervisors and frontline employees; conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback and training.

  • Administrative & Tech Operations: Oversee scheduling, daily digital timesheets, and supply ordering across your accounts using modern software tools (Dayforce & Coupa).

  • Operations & Quality Control: Perform regular site visits to audit quality, improve safety standards, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Proven supervisory or management experience in service, operations, or customer-facing environments.

  • Prior experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager, account manager, or supervisory lead in janitorial or facility management is preferred (internal candidates and stepping-stone account managers welcome!).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building positive relationships with employees and clients.

  • Comfortable using technology for scheduling, payroll auditing, and inventory tracking.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation suitable for local travel.
