What You'll Do
As a Radiology Operations II professional, you will:
  • Coordinate daily operational activities within the radiology department to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Support physicians, technologists, and clinical staff to maintain exceptional service and operational excellence.
  • Schedule and coordinate imaging procedures while optimizing department efficiency.
  • Monitor workflow, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Assist with problem-solving, patient concerns, and departmental communication to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
  • Partner with leaders and interdisciplinary teams to continuously improve quality, safety, and service.

What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School or GED, required.
  • Experience: One year of CNA experience, preferred. Healthcare experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Listed with Nurse Aide Registry as NA I, required.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Data entry and manipulation skills. Ability to solve problems on an independent basis. Ability to multi-task. Competent in transporting patients on O2 or IVs by way of wheelchair or stretcher. Medication Training - Competency and training will be required, which will be validated upon completing of the mandatory on-line medication training module.Knowledgeable about and follows infection control guidelines for patient and personal protection.
