Executive Assistant / Office Manager

A growing real estate development company is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the Owner and help manage day-to-day office operations.

This Executive Assistant / Office Manager role will spend approximately 75-80% of the time supporting the Owner directly and 20-25% managing office administration and operations. The ideal Executive Assistant / Office Manager is highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager who enjoys working closely with leadership and being a key part of a growing company. The successful Executive Assistant / Office Manager will be trusted to keep schedules, projects, and office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Executive Support (75-80%)

  • Manage the Owner's calendar and schedule
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Track deadlines and follow up on action items
  • Assist with special projects and company initiatives
