The Role:
At Smashburger, great hospitality starts behind the scenes. As an Office Assistant, you'll help keep our Support Center running smoothly by managing day-to-day office operations while providing administrative support to members of our leadership team, including the CEO. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense support.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, take notes, and track follow-up items.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Denver Support Center, including office supplies, mail, conference rooms, catering, and vendor coordination.
  • Welcome visitors and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Support company events, team meetings, and cross-functional projects.
  • Assist departments across HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
