Job description

LHH is actively seeking an Office Assistant / Tax Department Administrative Support Coordinator for one of our top clients in Denver! This will be a contract opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Denver.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional administrative support professional to provide day-to-day operational support to a regional Tax Department. This role will assist with tax-related administrative processes, document management, office operations, and client service activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the regional Tax Department.
  • Perform data entry and maintain information in Master Engagement Letter workbooks.
  • Update drafted engagement letters after information has been reviewed by tax professionals.
  • Prepare and distribute large affiliate engagement letters through DocuSign.
  • Process and organize paper tax return files.
  • Prepare and mail client documents and materials.
  • Provide administrative support for general office needs and day-to-day operations.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting and assisting clients and visitors.
  • Monitor and restock kitchen and office supplies.
  • Assist with general office maintenance and facilities-related needs.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office services, facilities, administrative support, or a similar role required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with DocuSign or similar document management platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to work on-site at one or more company offices.
