POSITION SUMMARY:
Administrators are crucial to effective and efficient day-to-day operations of our company. The 
Office Administrator must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to ensure efficient 
office operations. The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting PMSC in a variety of 
ways including bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry, secretarial services and 
much more to include the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing office phone lines
• Weekly/daily bank deposits
• Ordering office supplies
• Mail pickup and distribution
• Management of office equipment
• Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
• Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings 
• Support hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Data entry and assisting with preparing reports for and on behalf of unit
• Vendor relations
• Direct communication with corporate office on behalf of the unit
• Unit visit scheduling
• Help to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and assist with 
documentation for inspections and audits;
• All personnel may have to assist with dining operational duties during the day if 
needed;
REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of 6 months in an office admin position. Excellent verbal and written 
communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office management software to include, Word, Excell, 
PowerPoint
Education: High school or equivalent
Physical: Lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted. Reaching, handling, seeing, standing, walking.
Job Type: Full-time, M-F 9-5
