We are searching for a talented Police Officer
Hours: 24hrs
Shift: Night shift with every weekend and holiday rotation; 11:00pm - 7:00am
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA
Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

ResponsibilitiesUnder the general direction of the Chief of Police or designee, the Police Officer patrols assigned areas of property used, owned, and occupied Southcoast Health. The Police Officer will support weapons screening operations, conduct foot, bicycle and vehicle patrols of Southcoast properties, perform traffic duties, conduct investigations, promote crime prevention, assist with community service and provide community policing functions to the Southcoast community. The Police Officer will respond to service requests, emergencies and other duties, as assigned. The Police Officer will conduct criminal investigations, make lawful arrests and seek criminal process in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and provide court testimony when necessary.
