Sensei Lāna'i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna'i. At the heart of it all is the Sensei Way, an evidence-led approach integrating healthy living practices into three simple paths - Move, Nourish and Rest. DINING ASSISTANT
Sensei Lāna'i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Dining Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams' have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences

  • Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service to guests.

  • Assist Food Servers in providing a high-quality, professional, and friendly dining experience, following Four Seasons standards.

  • Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner

  • Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests.

  • Stock service items such as condiments, linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food supplies.

  • Polish Silverware and Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including crumbing tables discreetly

WHAT TO BRING
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Weekend and Holiday availability required.
