Job description

Job Title: Marketing Assistant Location: 1750 N Vine Street Hollywood Los Angles, California(Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Pay rate- $20-$22/hour on W2 What You’ll Do: Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies, focusing on customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. Own and manage the email and SMS campaign calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution. Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize for better results.

Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Label, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Provide reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership. Leverage data to enhance fan engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in email/CRM marketing, ideally within music, entertainment, or lifestyle industries. Strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, compliance, and journey mapping. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.

Excellent project management and communication skills. Passion for hip-hop and R&B music. Experience with ESP platforms (Attentive is a plus) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign). A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
