What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations while building a positive, high-performing team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Helping lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience

  • Coaching, developing, and motivating team members through positive leadership

  • Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees

  • Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations

  • Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable
