As the Quality Director, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple manufacturing sites and serve as a key member of the operations leadership team. The position reports directly to the VP Operations and leads Quality Managers across 6 U.S. and 1 Canadian manufacturing facilities.**Role and Responsibilities:**### Strategic Leadership & Program Execution* ### Contribute to the development of quality strategy and annual priorities by providing business insight, risk assessment, and operational expertise.* Translate business strategy into quality goals, roadmaps, policies, and execution plans for the assigned area of responsibility.* Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality programs designed to prevent defects, improve Extensive leadership experience in quality management within manufacturing environments.* Experience managing multiple locations across different countries and time zones.* Preferred industry experience in Medical**, E**nergy, Automotive, Durables or similar manufacturing industries.* Knowledge of quality systems and standards relevant to Medical, Energy, and Automotive industries (e.g., ISO, IATF, FDA, etc.).**Preferred Certifications:*** ASQ* Lead Auditor**Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:*** Possesses skills with Quality Management systems, Quality Engineering, and project management.* Proficiency with FAI/PPAP, FMEA, and Process Control Charts.* Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).* Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis) to drive continuous improvement and resolve complex manufacturing issues.* Experience with ISO 9001.* Minitab/JMP experience highly preferred.* Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple locations.* Understanding of digitalization and basic application of AI in quality systems.* Demonstrated ability to implement strategy through managers, improve systems and processes, and drive measurable quality outcomes.* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.* Experience with quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies; knowledge of relevant industry or regulatory requirements preferred.* Experience
